Processing time and delivery time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Delivery is estimated to be within 3-5 business days. Due to Covid-19 pandemic, delay of shipping may occur.

Order tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@joyami.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

If any following conditions happen, please contact through support@joyami.com with the photo or video evidence first.

1.Defective through no fault of the customer

2.Shipping damages

We may ship you another products for replacement.

If you still want return the products within 30 days of purchase, we would send you the the local warehouse address.

The warehouse only accept returned products under the following conditons. 

1.original packaging

2.original condition

Then we would issue the refund within 5 working days after the warehouse confirmation.

The product should be within processing time and not shipped.

Shipping fees incurred on the purchase of the product will not be refunded.

 

Partial refund

1. A wrong item, i.e. not the item you ordered

We would do partial refund for prepaid shipping fee.

Why I don't see updates of my order tracking?

Don’t stress!

We work with different delivery service providers which are still faster than competitors.

It is sometimes normal If your tracking information is not updated.

Orders are usually processed and shipped. Your order is on the way.

Do joyami products have a warranty?

We offer 2-year warranty.

You could register your products in Product Registration form and claim your warranty through support@joyami.com.

We cover major damage due to shipping etc other than the damage which is intentional or through wear & tear.
